Gratitude is at the core of my life and it informs the decisions I make, emotions I feel, and interactions I have.
I choose to be grateful for all that I have in this, and every moment.
When I choose to live with gratitude, I am able to be the very best version of myself in every moment. I see the world more clearly, and my appreciation of all that I experience helps me to live a full, busy life.
I am grateful to those around me for their love and support.
I make time in my day to be grateful, and I see reasons for gratitude in even the smallest moments.
As I wake in the morning, I feel gratitude for the home I live in, the bed I rest in, and the fresh, clean water I have access to. I feel thankful for the delicious food I eat, the incredible people in my life, and the opportunities that surround me.
There is beauty to be found in all things, and I am grateful for this.
Today, I choose to live with gratitude. I see that by taking the time to appreciate and feel grateful for the things around me, I am elevating my life and ensuring I live mindfully and deliberately. I make the most of this moment above anything else.
