My body deserves love.

I treat my body with kindness and respect.

I eat delicious whole foods that give me energy and essential nutrients. I enjoy vegetables, fruits, and whole grains.

I exercise regularly. I run and swim. I ride my bike to work and go for a walk during my lunch hour. I take fitness classes or join a softball league.

I stick to a regular sleep schedule. I go to bed at the same time each night, so I can get 8 hours of rest and wake up feeling refreshed.

I avoid toxins like cigarette smoke and trans fats. I drink alcohol in moderation. I dust and vacuum at least once a week. I buy organic foods and sustainable cleaning products.

I watch my posture. I protect my back and joints by standing up straight and strengthening my core muscles.

I appreciate my own beauty instead of comparing myself to others. I smile at myself when I look in the mirror. I focus on media images that make me feel positive about myself.

I listen to my body to recognize what it needs. I rest when I feel tired or ill. I eat when I am hungry. I listen to instrumental music when daily stress is building up.

Today, I cherish my body. I am happy with the way it looks and feels. I love and accept myself as I am. I thank my body for the many wonderful things it does for me.
