I am wise beyond my years.
My wisdom comes from living life fully and openly experiencing life.
Wisdom is available when I make room for it. It has nothing to do with age or experience, and learning is accumulated knowledge and a state of mind.
I am constantly expanding my knowledge, and I learn something every day. I read, attend seminars, attend workshops and classes, listen to experts, and ask questions.
I have been doing this since I was a child, thanks to guidance from my parents.
As I grow older, I continue to broaden my knowledge base. I seek new opportunities to expand my understanding and learn new things by watching media such as TED Talks online to keep abreast of current trends in science and technology.
I explore the history of everything I love. I visit museums and walk through art galleries. I talk to the artists about how they think and read the critics’ reviews about why the artist did what they did.
I always look for new ways to learn as there are so many exciting things to explore.
It is incredible how easy it is to stay young by staying curious. Each day I try to live with open curiosity and continue to be a constant learner. I look at life with wonder!
Today, I celebrate my wisdom. I celebrate my curiosity with an inquisitive nature, and I love that I am continually learning.
Self-Reflection Questions:
1. How am I able to remain youthful and curious?
2. What does my definition of “youthful” mean to me?
3. How can I apply my explanation to my adult life?
