The only person I have control over is me.

I see how much power I have over my mind. It is incredible how much I can affect my reality when I choose to live in a state of gratitude.

I acknowledge that I am in charge of my life and controlling my thoughts. With this in mind, I hold my head high, work hard to be proud of who I am, and love myself unconditionally. My actions become a reflection of me, and I choose wisely.

I choose to see the beauty within and honor myself by acknowledging that I am worthy of love. I value myself by allowing myself to receive love, and I choose to celebrate my unique beauty and talents.

I speak respectfully to myself, stand tall and strong, and accept myself for who I am.

When others treat me poorly, I forgive them and let them go. I am secure in my skin and know I deserve better. I continue to grow and strengthen my relationships.

I am grateful for all aspects of my personality. I am thankful for my strengths, weaknesses, and blessings. I have a relationship with myself based upon unconditional love and continue to develop self-respect.

I commit to being openhearted, compassionate, loving, humble, and accepting of myself. As long as I keep reaching out to myself and expanding upon my knowledge base, I can continue to develop.

Today, I am grateful for my continued growth and development. I am thankful for the journey ahead. I am thankful for all I have learned thus far.
