Sometimes, especially during the holidays, I find that relationships can be strained. I know that, in the past, I failed to enjoy some of my relatives. I am choosing to change that behavior.
I look forward to better days ahead as I work to mend these relationships.
First, I start with myself. I do some self-analysis to determine what I could change within me that would reflect positively in my relationships. I begin with my attitude. I dig down underneath my attitude to find the beliefs that are the foundation of my thoughts. I dig down a little further to find where the pattern started.
I work on forgiveness within me and toward anyone outside of me.
I feel better already. I take a deep breath and give myself a hug. I am proud of the work I just did on my inner relationship with myself.
Now that I have cleaned out my inner closet, I see that my external world has changed.
Feeling much lighter and brighter, I meet the day with a smile. I notice things don’t bother me as much. I treat others with kindness. I even manage to smile with my eyes.
I recognize now that most of my issues were all in my head.
Today, I apologize to myself and others for any miscommunications that have happened in the past. I am ready to turn over a new leaf and repair my relationships.
Self-Reflection Questions:

2. How can I have a better relationship with myself?
3. Who do I need to forgive? What actions can I take to help me to forgive?

که بتوانند استعدادها و علایق افراد
را بسنجند و موقع استخدام آنها را
در جای درستی به کار بگیرند. به این منظور آزمونی طراحی
کرد که ما امروزه آن را با نام آزمون جانسون اوکانر می شناسیم و هنوز هم
برای استعدادیابی و هدایت شغلی و تحصیلی کاربرد دارد.
سالها بعد هوارد گرادنر طی تحقیقات فراوان
خود به این نتیجه رسید که افرادی که جانسون اوکانر در
سنین میانسالی استعدادیابی کرده در کودکی نیز همان استعدادها
را داشتند و این از بچگی در آن ها وجود داشته است.
به همین دلیل هوارد گاردنر اعتقاد
داشت برای اینکه وقت افراد در زندگی تلف
نشود، استعدادیابی را باید از سنین
کم آغاز کرد. او استعدادیابی اشخاص را از سنین کودکی ۳ تا ۶ سال شروع کرد و نتیجه های شگفت
آوری از این استعدادیابیها گرفت.

اوکانر را باید از پیش گامان استعدادیابی علمی امروزی
نامید.
جانسون اوکانر که در رشته فلسفه از دانشگاه هاوارد فارغ
التحصیل شده بود در سال 1922 مسئولیت پروژه آزمون استعدادیابی
یا تشخیص استعداد کارکنان در جنرال الکتریک را بر عهده گرفت.
آن زمان این پروژه با عنوان مهندسی انسانی نامگذاری
شده بود و در توصیف آن گفته میشد که قرار است هر کس،

به واژینیسموس به انگلیسی نیز vaginismus گفته می شود.
این اختلال با واژه های مختلفی در فارسی تعبیر و تفسیر می
شود. برخی آن را دخول غیر ممکن می نامند و برخی از واژه هایی همچون ترس شدید به
هنگام نزدیکی یا انقباض غیر ارادی واژن برای توصیف چنین
شرایطی استفاده می کنند. بروز
این انقباضات مانع از دخول جنسی می شود یا
این امر را برای فرد بسیار دردناک می سازد.
هر چند بروز چنین مشکلاتی می تواند با رابطه جنسی و کیفیت زندگیتان تداخل داشته
باشد اما باز هم باید اعتماد به نفستان
را حفظ کنید زیرا این مشکل درمان پذیر است.
