My life becomes rich with cultural diversity when I take the time to learn about other traditions.
I love to study about the Jewish traditions of Hanukkah. Learning the deeper meaning of the lighting of the Menorah helps me find faith in greater powers. It is interesting that Kwanza also has a tradition of candles.
I am learning more about the pagan worship of the winter solstice. I enjoy learning about how to connect more with the seasons and the moon.
I like to celebrate from Halloween through to the New Year. I believe it is healthy to celebrate life.
I can celebrate life all year long by learning more about diverse cultural traditions. I am learning what traditions I want to pass on to my children and grandchildren.
Regardless of what my friends believe, I honor and respect their beliefs. By respecting their beliefs, they in turn show respect for what I choose to believe.
I realize how important it is to show respect for all traditions worldwide.
I expand my research to far-reaching cultures. I become more open minded. I take on a compassionate world view. I realize how blessed I have been to have grown up where I have, with many privileges that only a few in the world enjoy.
Today, I am humbled and grateful for my many blessings. I honor and respect all traditions and extend my influence of kindness to all who cross my path.
